Former South African President Jacob Zuma has told a public inquiry into corruption that his enemies were conspiring against him and they wanted him out.
The inquiry is looking into allegations that corrupt deals happened on his watch.
He maintains he never broke the law in his dealings with a wealthy Indian family implicated in an influence-peddling scandal.

Al Jazeera’s Haru Mutasa reports from Johannesburg.
